With so many different martial arts, it is often difficult to know what you are getting into. Not with us, we teach practical effective self-defence against real-life situations. Jiu-Jitsu is the parent of the modern Japanese fighting arts. It is the art from which Karate, Judo, and Aikido were drawn.
